Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy for non-personalized jewelry. You have a full 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns or process exchanges on personalized items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return. Jewelry For Keeps, is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in the mail.

Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any pouches or boxes that the jewelry was originally shipped in. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

To start a return, you can contact us via our contact us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on personalized styles as they are made to order and are FINAL SALE.

All custom, personalized, special orders and sale products (including single initials and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. No exceptions. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Return the item you have per above instructions, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit via a gift card.  Gift cards are good for a whole year after issue date.
